Mandy graduated from MIT with a master’s degree in Finance, and has 5+ years consulting experience in Moody’s and EY. She is currently a Strategic Finance Manager at a tech start-up. She has abundant experience in financial consulting, corporate finance and strategy, and analytics.

Rachel is a management consultant at McKinsey & Company with deep expertise in change management and organization design. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is also familiar with interview preparation with experience in recruiting.

Robinson is a digital-marketer/IT project manager and he is passionate about how storytelling and beautiful customer experience create business-changing content. As an Ecommerce Manager at a Fortune 500 company, he is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies that help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new customers. He has years of experience providing career consultation and has a deep understanding of the struggle of finding the first job. He is confident in helping any student achieving his or her goal.

IT Project Manager

Zachary is a recent college graduate with experiences across different sectors in the Finance industry, including but not limited to: Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Commercial Banking, Accounting. Zachary worked for PennyMac, the fourth largest mortgage bank in America, as a Summer Analyst, during which he completed a modeling project of $50B credit risk transfer assets, built a set of criteria for future screening of potentially well-performing loans, and my result was adopted by their core management team.

Joe has been living in the US for more than 10 years, received both a bachelor degree and master degree in the U.S. Master of accountancy at Arizona State University. He is experienced in both private accounting and public accounting. Currently, he works for KPMG in the audit. He is a CPA, CIA, and CFE and has extensive insights in accounting, auditing, and SOX. He is very familiar with the US and China’s public accounting industry. Therefore, he is especially helpful for the students who want to go back to China after a few years working in the US.

Jason graduated from Harvard University, computational science and engineering, and he is working for Airbnb as a data scientist. He used to work for Amazon Web Service as a research scientist who is the first scientist in a critical team that includes more than 70 people. He also works for Microsoft, Boeing, Harvard University, Princeton University, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is experienced with the critical points of tech interview in multiple tech companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. He is skillful in teaching students to get their dream offer.
